Set up for you

Nothing here is self-service.

We build your assistant, load it with what you tell us, and stay on the line while you try it. It takes days, not months β€” and you keep your number the whole way through.

From first email to answered calls

  1. You ask, and a person reads it

The form on this site writes down that you asked and emails us. It doesn't create an account or charge anything β€” there is nothing to cancel if you change your mind.

  2. A twenty-minute call

How the phone works at your place now: how many calls you miss, who picks up, what people ring about, what you'd never want a machine to say. We'll be honest about whether this helps.

  3. We build it

We set up your account, write in your hours, services and policies, and give you a test number. This is our work, not a wizard you fill in β€” a day or two, depending on how much you want it to know.

  4. You ring it yourself

Call the test number and try to catch it out. Ask the awkward questions your patients ask. Tell us what it got wrong and we'll fix the wording while you're on the line.

  5. You forward your line

When you're ready, you forward your existing number β€” all the time, after hours only, or just when nobody picks up. Your number does not change, and you can undo it in a minute from your phone provider.

  6. You watch the first week

Summaries land in your inbox as calls come in. You'll want to correct a couple of answers in the first week; that's the page you control, and we'll walk your team through it.

What you'll need from your side

Somebody who knows the answers

Half an hour with whoever actually knows the hours, the policies and the twenty questions people always ask. That conversation is the product.

Access to your phone settings

Whoever can set up call forwarding on your line β€” usually your phone provider's app or portal. We'll tell you exactly what to type.

A decision about recording

Calls are transcribed, and recorded unless you ask us to switch it off. That means your callers have to be told, and we'll help you get the wording right before you go live.

The chat assistant, honestly

It is set up by hand, after the phone

The assistant your team chats with runs on a machine we build for your business alone. That's a person doing a job of work, not a switch β€” so it follows the phone rather than arriving with it, and we tell you when it's ready rather than showing you an empty page.

Until it is, the page says so

If you sign in before your assistant exists, you'll see a plain sentence saying it isn't available for your account yet. Not an error, not a spinner β€” the truth, and a person you can email about it.

Start with a call

Twenty minutes, no obligation, and you'll know by the end of it whether this is worth your time. We reply within one working day.
